We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive based in Chennai to spearhead new client acquisition efforts within IT, AI, and digital transformation projects. As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to finalizing deals, with direct reporting to our Business Head in Australia. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
23 years of experience in sales within the IT or technology sector
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator at an expert level
Strong knowledge of AI solutions, digital transformation, and software/application development
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for engaging with international clients
Experience using CRM tools and digital sales platforms
Self-motivated individuals with exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive mindset
Comfortable working across different time zones with a remote reporting structure In terms of compensation, the role offers a competitive fixed monthly salary based on experience, along with uncapped performance incentives for every client secured. Identifying and engaging high-value leads through advanced techniques on LinkedIn Sales Navigator such as Boolean search, InMail, and account mapping
Overseeing end-to-end digital sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
Establishing and nurturing a pipeline of IT sector clients, with no restrictions on the number of accounts managed
Crafting compelling business proposals and delivering client presentations that meet international standards
Providing regular updates to the Business Head in Australia through strategy calls and performance evaluations
Meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets
Cultivating long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
