Recruit analyst resources for HR business process and technology projects
Provide day-to-day technical support for recruiting solutions
Offer Workday product expertise in Core HCM, recruiting, and talent areas
Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday Recruiting module
Partner with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Design, configure, and test recruiting workflows, job requisition templates, offer letter templates, advanced reporting, and related system integrations
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes using Workday capabilities
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related queries for end users
Execute configuration changes, system patches, and upgrades; conduct rigorous testing and validation
Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials
Lead process and functional discussions while collaborating with different teams and vendors
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of strong experience with Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition configuration
Experience working in a global company
Extensive understanding of the Workday Recruiting lifecycle, business process design, supervisory organization management, and security configuration
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications
Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of technical solutions
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels
