As a Recruiting Coordinator at Alkegen, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:
Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates. - Conducting research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes. - Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts in the HRIS system (Workday). - Generating regular reports on sourcing activities and the status of the talent pipeline. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Additionally, you will participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute insights on sourcing strategies. Qualifications/ Experience:
Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment environment. - Experience with US markets. - Experience sourcing for technical and sales talent. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, Workday (desirable). - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online databases.
