Demand exists. Supply exists. Product–market fit exists. What they need now is structured growth and clear ownership. As the City Growth Manager, you take responsibility for our top cities and turn them into a stronger revenue engine. Your job is to understand what is limiting growth in the city and fix it.
You will analyze the city like a business: looking at supply, demand, listing quality and pricing, landlord acquisition, booking conversion, average order value, churn, and revenue. From there, you identify the real bottlenecks, form hypotheses, and launch initiatives to address them. This role sits at the intersection of analysis, execution, and cross-team coordination. You will work directly with our VP operations on the performance and strategy of the cities you own and collaborate closely with Sales, Booking, Marketing, Product and Customer support to make sure the right things happen in our cities.
