As our first Technical Writer, you'll own the quality and consistency of DualEntry’s accountant-facing documentation. Your work spans all four documentation types: reference docs, explanations, tutorials, and how-to guides. You'll transform rough drafts, new features, and technical walkthroughs into polished, publishable content that helps accountants understand and adopt DualEntry. You’ll also develop docs from scratch through close collaboration with product engineering and customer success teams. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.
