We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to work directly with leading energy traders and utilities, helping them get the most out of Jua’s AI-powered weather intelligence platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer success and sales engineering. You’ll combine technical expertise with commercial ownership, supporting customers through onboarding and integration while driving renewals, upsells, and long-term account growth. You’ll work closely with customers to turn data into decisions and ensure Jua’s technology directly improves their trading performance. You’ll own the full post-sale relationship and play an active role in pre-sales discussions when needed. ## Responsibilities and tasks
