For our branch in Hong Kong, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: What you will do: Proactively manage customers' satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential problems and monitoring satisfaction Set up and execute customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure operational processes meet customer expectations Manage and monitor the implementation of new programs and solutions Develop new business opportunities from existing accounts to achieve growth goals Create strategies to identify and nurture qualified leads, converting them through the sales process into prospects and customers Secure potential key account customers (high value, with strategic growth opportunity) while maintaining and developing existing accounts Conduct regular client visits to validate service levels and identify opportunities for new revenue streams Meet and exceed targets for revenue generation Promote the services and products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales Follow instructions from supervisors and implement company policies Report any special occasions to a supervisor in a timely manner Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time What you bring: Minimum 5 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics A highly motivated individual with a solid product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air freight, as well as experience in providing value-added services in 3PL solutions (preferred) Resourceful with strong marketing and account management skills Excellent communication skills and enjoy being the focal point of contacts Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin; additional language skills in German, Spanish, or French are a bonus Strong skills in office applications, especially Microsoft Excel What we offer you: Competitive salary 5 days work Medical benefits On job training Apply now and shape the future of logistics with us!
