Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries escalated by the Global Virtual Hub, providing resolution for employee enquiries. - Administer bulk administration activities within the Workday platform as directed by senior counterparts. - Provide Workday transactional support and training to enhance the technical support capability of the Global Virtual Hub. - Assist in configuring technical changes within Workday under the guidance of the Core HR & Systems Support Owner. - Support initiatives for continual improvement within Workday HCM and its integration with other core Workday modules. - Contribute to the development and management of training materials, including user guides and documentation. Qualification Required:
Experience with day-to-day administration of People Technology solutions. - Preferably, knowledge of Workday configuration and technical aspects. - Familiarity with HR processes, especially joiner, mover, and leaver processes. - Ability to collaborate effectively within a People Technology team. - Willingness to learn new skills and technologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
