As a Senior Content Marketing Strategist for our client, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a data-driven content strategy that enhances our brand, engages our target audience, and drives measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to distribution and performance analysis. This involves defining content pillars, creating editorial calendars, and ensuring all content is aligned with our brand voice, marketing objectives, and SEO best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of remote content creators (writers, designers, videographers) by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment. - Utilize your deep understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, social media engagement, and various content formats (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos). - Use analytics tools to track content performance, identify key insights, and optimize strategies accordingly. - Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery with strong project management skills. - Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and communications teams to ensure integrated campaign efforts. - Translate complex ideas into compelling and accessible content to engage our audience effectively. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing with proven success in developing strategies for B2B or B2C markets. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and inspire a remote team. - Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
