Azelis Finland is looking for a Sales & Product Manager for our Pharma & Personal Care segments in Tampere, Finland to further support the industry – if you're up for the challenge, you've come to the right place! The mission Our new Sales & Product Manager will support a twofold mission: 1) Maintaining and developing sales, and 2) managing product portfolios to meet principal targets. The role will be split between our Pharma and Nutraceuticals segment (80%) and Personal Care segment (20%), focusing on the Finnish market. The role requires frequent travel across Finland and occasional travel to our office in Denmark. Main accountabilities of the role Own and grow an expanding customer base by spending time in the field, conducting regular account visits, and building strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers at all levels. You thrive in a role that keeps you close to customers Collect, analyze, and translate market, product, competitor, and industry insights into clear recommendations that support and shape the company's forward strategy Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences, building a strong network and engaging with stakeholders across the industry Understand and align with principal strategies, translating them into effective marketing plans across market, product, and customer segments Build and strengthen relationships with principals to secure existing business and unlock new commercial opportunities Act as a technical resource for the commercial teams, synthesizing and translating information from principals into clear, actionable insights Develop compelling value propositions and sales arguments to enhance the effectiveness of the sales force and drive new customer projects Monitor, report on, and respond to market and competitor activity, ensuring product and commercial strategies remain relevant and competitive The individual we're looking for We're looking for a colleague with a proven track record of strong sales and product handling, within life science segments, who excels within the below experience and skills: Professional experience Sound commercial experience in sales, product management, or technical/commercial roles within pharma and/or other life sciences Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and/or life sciences market Experience working cross-functionally in an international or matrix organization Knowledge about the applicable regulation of the field Bachelor's degree in chemistry or equivalent is a plus but relevant experience is equally valued – it's important you understand the technicalities of life science products Personal skills You recognise yourself in the Azelis company values: Innovative & Resourceful, Agile & Empowered, Collaborative & Respectful, Transparent & Results Oriented You possess strong communication skills whether it's communication with your internal or external stakeholders – both English and Finnish are required You're a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who also appreciates feedback and teamwork You have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills You're comfortable working with technology and software such as Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP What we offer In addition to an inspiring work environment, Azelis Finland is proud to offer: An empowered role with clear ownership of the Finnish market and active involvement in the Nordic Pharma and Personal Care segment Competitive compensation package Private healthcare plan Hybrid and flexible work opportunities empowering you to balance your professional and personal life Career opportunities within a truly global setting Our promise to you People are our key assets — that's what we believe in.
