37 years of HR experience (startup experience preferred)
Strong communication and people-handling skills
Comfortable interacting with senior management
Empathetic, yet firm and process-oriented

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions
Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and joining
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and statutory compliance
Maintain employee records, HR data, and audits
Ensure policy communication and workplace discipline
Employee Lifecycle & Performance
Track probation, confirmations, increments, and exits
Support performance reviews and appraisal processes
Handle employee concerns with empathy and fairness
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives and team activities
Plan festive celebrations, wellness programs, and workshops
Actively connect with employees to prevent dissatisfaction and attrition
HR Administration & Coordination
Manage assets, ID access, and HR systems updates
Coordinate with vendors for benefits, facilities, and admin support
Support founders with HR data, reports, and people insights
