Designing and reviewing reward programs to engage talents and motivate performance
Providing guidance on organizational designs, critical people issues, and ensuring labor regulatory compliance
In HR Operations & Compliance, you will:
Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits planning
Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
Support audits by preparing and maintaining required documentation
Maintain up-to-date employee data, HRIS, and reports
Regarding Employee Engagement & Experience, you will:
Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives, festival celebrations, leadership connects, and wellness programs
Administer employee recognition programs and assess effectiveness regularly
Conduct feedback sessions, skip meetings, and check-ins for insights and improvements
For Internal Communication & Culture, you will:
Drive studio-level communication initiatives and ensure timely, engaging internal communications
In Employee Relations & Grievance Handling, you will:
Serve as the escalation point for employee concerns, complaints, and grievance redressal
Handle issues with empathy, professionalism, and in alignment with company policies
Counsel leaders and employees where required and maintain transparent communication channels
