As a Marketing and Sales Operations Intern at our company, your role will involve supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in driving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for various key tasks, including:
Updating and managing CRM data (specifically HubSpot) and generating reports to assist the sales and marketing teams. - Conducting account-specific research to gather insights and sharing detailed notes to support Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and the Sales team. - Identifying and implementing ways to automate recurring tasks using tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency. - Creating and maintaining dashboards in CRM and Excel for tracking key metrics and reporting insights to the team. - Building and maintaining an accurate database of accounts and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to support the US sales and marketing efforts. - Validating the existing ICP database and enhancing it with additional market research and data enrichment tools like Apollo and Lusha. - Using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key stakeholders within target accounts and gathering relevant contact details (e.g., emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles). Qualifications required for this role include:
Undergraduate degree in any discipline (completed or ongoing). - Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks. - Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha) is a plus. - Basic to advanced proficiency in Excel and a mindset for process improvement and automation. - Excellent research and analytical skills.
