A Day in the Life As an Intern within the ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) business unit at Medtronic, you will support the commercial and marketing teams across Iberia. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in sales support, marketing operations, and business coordination within a leading global healthcare technology company. You will contribute to activities such as event organization, marketing initiatives, and operational support while working closely with cross functional teams. Through this role, you will gain insight into how sales and marketing collaborate to drive business growth and develop valuable organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a dynamic, international environment. Internship details: • Start date: July 2026 • Location: Madrid, Spain • Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months) • Working hours: 40 hours per week • Work model: hybrid (2 days per week in the office) • Internship agreement Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: • Support stock analysis, inventory control, and warehouse organization, including handling shipments and material orders. • Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and training courses for physicians and sales representatives. • Support the development and maintenance of product materials, including product catalogs, technical specifications, and bibliographic updates. • Prepare presentations, translations, and sales-related documentation, including budget preparation for the sales team. • Assist with internal administrative processes and the use of internal management systems (e.g., Ariba, Ecats). • Attend medical training courses to provide technical and commercial support alongside the sales team. Required Knowledge and Skills: • Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Bioengineering or a related field • Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 fluent level) • Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
