Pave is opening its first engineering office outside of the US, and we're looking for a recruiter to help us build it. This is a founding role in the truest sense — you will be the first dedicated recruiter on the ground in Krakow, shaping how we show up as an employer in the Polish market and helping us hire the engineers who will define the office's culture and trajectory. You won't be working from a fully established playbook; you'll be helping write it. If you want to own a recruiting function rather than execute within one, this is the role. Day-to-day, you'll run full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles and support hiring across other functions as we scale. You'll partner closely with hiring managers in Krakow and the US, manage candidate pipelines, and make sure every candidate has a great experience — whether or not they get an offer. ### What You'll Do
