Strategic Program Manager

Qualifications Required:

• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end project management within a technical environment, managing multiple complex projects

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies with proven delivery and risk mitigation experience

• Exposure to pre-sales support and collaboration with sales teams As a digital transformation and IT services organization based in Mumbai Andheri East, India, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic plans aligned with division goals. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement in project management practices, providing guidance to project managers, and designing solutions for internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement effective changes in line with business strategy will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic plans aligned with division goals

• Provide guidance to project managers, including team leadership and collaboration skills

• Design and deliver solutions for internal and external stakeholders
