As a Zonal Business Manager at Caf Coffee Day, your role is crucial in driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all outlets within your specific zone. You will lead a team of Area Managers, ensuring that all caf operations, sales, marketing initiatives, and customer experiences meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Managers and Store Managers to ensure high levels of employee engagement, performance, and retention. - Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards, SOPs, hygiene, and quality benchmarks across all cafes. - Develop and execute business strategies tailored to the zone, identify market opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and drive corrective action plans. - Handle customer escalations, improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and drive local store marketing campaigns to increase footfall and revenue. - Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and brand requirements including FSSAI, safety norms, and internal policies. - Support expansion plans, identify new store locations, and participate in renovation/relocation decisions. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field (MBA preferred). - 812 years of experience in retail/QSR/F&B operations with at least 3 years in a zonal or regional leadership role. - Strong business acumen and financial understanding. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational analytics.
