As a Programmatic Media Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and executing programmatic campaigns across platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk. You will work closely with senior specialists, analytics teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Onboarding & Account Setup:
Support client onboarding by setting up partner accounts and configuring DSP platforms
Participate in onboarding and handover calls to understand campaign goals, historical setups, and client expectations
Programmatic Campaign Execution:
Assist in setting up, executing, and managing programmatic campaigns across DSPs (primarily DV360)
Ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs, pacing, and performance goals
Perform regular QA checks to ensure smooth delivery
Optimization & Platform Excellence:
Monitor campaigns closely and support optimization efforts to improve performance
Audit and troubleshoot campaigns to resolve delivery or performance issues
Stay updated with the latest programmatic trends, features, and platform enhancements
Reporting & Insights:
Partner with analytics teams to deliver detailed and insightful performance reports
Use data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Help translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
Collaboration & Ownership:
Work closely with account management, creative, analytics, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution
Act as a bridge between offshore teams and internal stakeholders
Own assigned tasks within the RACI framework, ensuring accountability and transparency
Continuously upskill and progress from Executive to Senior-level responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on programmatic media buying
Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
