As a Programmatic Specialist at Performics India, your responsibilities include:
Training clients and internal teams on the value of Programmatic and driving client adoption
Collaborating with digital leads to evangelize programmatic, deliver on revenue targets, and build case studies with clients
Understanding technology landscape of key partners/vendors and selecting/recommending appropriate tactics
Developing Programmatic strategy for clients across key verticals
Managing client campaigns, including strategy development, project management, and report delivery
Overseeing the launch and execution of campaigns with technology, media, and data partners
Working closely with Media Agency account teams to ensure agency best practices are followed
Analyzing and providing recommendations to improve activity in line with client objectives
Developing strategy across all devices and ensuring agency best practices are followed at all times
To be considered for this role, you should have:
2 to 4 years of work experience with a proven track record of delivering ahead of client goals
Strong understanding of Online Media and at least 2 years of Programmatic experience
Experience with DSP platforms like DV 360, The Trade Desk, DBM, Mediamath, etc. - Familiarity with Adserving technologies, analytical tools like GA and Omniture, and measurement tools used in Programmatic
Proficiency in Excel, Ad Trafficking, and handling large volumes of data for deriving consumer insights
Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and act on marketing data
