Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing staffing sales opportunities across IT clients (Domestic). - Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR heads, and decision-makers in client organizations. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability. - Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality candidate fulfillment. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate revenue forecasts. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client demands, and competitive landscapes. - Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions. - Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas consistently. Qualification Required:
Proven track record of hardcore IT staffing sales not limited to BD or relationship management. - Strong experience in client acquisition and key account management in IT recruitment. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. - Demonstrated ability to generate revenue for the company. - Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office. - Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
