As the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing and optimizing OneSource supplier management and sourcing strategy. Fixed term contract (~2 years) Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3 days office) More information about PerkinElmer and our business : PerkinElmer | Science with Purpose More information about OneSource services: OneSource Laboratory Solutions | PerkinElmer Job Responsibilities: Lead team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists Develop and execute sourcing strategies for instrument services and aftermarket parts to optimize cost savings, quality and supplier performance Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Develop supplier management program and monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements to enhance quality, service delivery, and cost-effectiveness Analyze pricing and cost structures to identify value opportunities for PerkinElmer and its customers Implement value driving initiatives and track value achieved through sourcing activities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and organizational requirements Monitor contract compliance throughout the supplier relationship Competencies: Management/Project Management - Sets goals and engages the team around them Talent Development – Develops and implements processes and practices to proactively attract, select, and retain top, diverse talent Customer Focus - Understands and acts on the needs of the internal and external customer Learning Mindset - Has an attitude that predisposes you to be open to new experiences, to believe you can and will learn, and to intentionally grow and develop from your experience.
