Manager - Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management, Global Corporate Procurement (GCP)

Amazon's Global Corporate Procurement organization is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management leader. This role will serve as the procurement lead, partnering with our Business Development teams to structure and execute complex, strategic deals where Amazon's customers are also vendors and/or partners across Amazon business units, including Amazon Web Services (AWS). This position requires strong procurement expertise, vendor management skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking to optimize value across Amazon relationships. This includes managing relationships and negotiations that require a centralized advocate, and/or have broader implications to AWS and other Amazon business units. This role will be focused on vendors and deals with high visibility at the most senior levels of AWS and Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing fiduciary responsibility for the procurement in the context of competing priorities. Key job responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for complex deals that intersect with Amazon's strategic customer relationships across all business units
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop and execute negotiation strategies that optimize total value across the holistic customer and vendor relationship. - Structure deals that enable Amazon's global spend while growing the overall customer and vendor relationship. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Tax, and Business stakeholders to execute procurement agreements
