We are looking for a sharp, client-confident Business Analyst to join our UiPath automation delivery team. You will be the engine behind our discovery and documentation process, responsible for translating complex business processes into clear, precise automation requirements that our Solution Architect and UiPath developers can build against. This is not a back-office BA role. You will be in client sessions, facilitating process walkthroughs with subject matter experts, navigating ambiguity, and producing documentation that serves as the single source of truth for every automation we build. Quality here is non-negotiable: a weak PDD costs us rework, erodes client confidence, and delays go-live. You will work directly alongside a Delivery Consultant (who manages the client relationship and commercial track) and a Solution Architect (who owns technical direction), with day-to-day collaboration with in-house UiPath developers throughout the build and testing phases.
