As a US IT Recruiter at our company located in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our US-based clients during the night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases. - Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs. - Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients. - Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiate compensation packages and ensure candidate onboarding documentation is completed. - Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements. Required Skills:
6 months 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing. - Strong experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder. - Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet submission targets. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Preferred Skills:
Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners. - Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases. Key Responsibilities:
