Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and direct sourcing. - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, skills, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with US labor laws. - Manage candidate pipelines and track progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process. - Stay updated on US recruitment trends, hiring regulations, and visa/work authorization processes (H-1B, TN, GC, etc.). Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - 1-5 years of experience in US recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition. - Strong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment for the US market. - Familiarity with various work visas (H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Experience using ATS and job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
