As a UX Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of UX designers to create intuitive and satisfying user experiences for complex tasks. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to design user-centered applications and tools, refining solutions throughout the product lifecycle, and developing key interactions, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and visual design compositions. Additionally, you will be expected to iterate on designs efficiently, adjust to technical requirements, and maintain UX component libraries and style guides. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
7+ years of hands-on experience designing UI/UX improvements for Enterprise Web and Windows Desktop Applications
At least 2 years of UX lead experience
Bachelor's Degree in design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
Extensive experience in user research, research analysis, creating UX documentation, building mockups, conducting user testing, and defining design requirements
Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, and other design tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, best practices, and usability principles
Understanding of interaction design and accessibility concerns

Manage UX tools, develop processes, and track projects for smooth execution and continuous improvement
Create user-centered designs through research, user interviews, and usability testing
Design and refine solutions from initial concept through launch and continuous improvements
Develop wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user interface design specifications
Work within product brand design guidelines and maintain UX component libraries and style guides
