Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in digital marketing or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing technology roles, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
Proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce, and Adobe Suite; familiarity with other automation tools like Marketo
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, predictive analytics, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization
Certification in Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Analytics is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English communication skills, collaboration abilities, and presentation skills to engage with business partners effectively
Strong time management, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills

Optimize and execute campaigns using Eloqua, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms to drive engagement and conversions under the guidance of the Sr. Manager of MarCom
Build and enhance email campaigns, nurture journeys, workflows, and conduct A/B testing to improve lead generation and customer retention
Assist in developing, analyzing, and enhancing customer journeys across digital touchpoints to ensure a personalized and seamless experience
Utilize data visualization tools and CRM reporting to analyze marketing performance, customer segmentation, and campaign ROI
Collaborate closely with the Global Downstream Marketing team to support omnichannel strategies and insights-driven decision-making
