Qualifications

Education & Experience

o    Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required, with experience in Western Canada. o    15+ years of experience in engineering consulting environments is mandatory. o    Strong preference for consulting engineering experience. o    Demonstrated experience supporting: o     Engineering estimates. o    Project execution planning. o    Multi-disciplinary engineering scopes. o    Proposal development for EPC or project delivery organizations. o    Broad engineering background with exposure to multiple disciplines. o    Strong understanding of engineering deliverables, drawing packages, and execution risk. o    Ability to translate complex technical scope into concise, compelling proposal content. o    Comfortable working independently and making sound technical decisions under proposal timelines. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities o    Highly independent and self-directed, with a strong ownership mentality. o    Exceptional ability to analyze scope and identify execution risks early. o    Clear, structured communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences. o    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. o    Collaborative yet decisive; pragmatic and execution focused.
