Project Manufacturing Leader

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in production or industrial area, preferably in the automotive sector

Strong ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with a complex matrix organization

Leadership skills with the ability to interact and coordinate technical teams

Knowledge in project management processes, Quality Control tools in production, and Lean Line Design

Result-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English required The above description outlines your role as a Project Manufacturing Leader for our client, detailing your responsibilities, key tasks, and required qualifications. As a Project Manufacturing Leader for our client, your role involves being a Project Core Team Member responsible for industrializing production lines across multiple plant locations. Your primary focus will be on achieving key targets related to Industrial Timing, Capacity, Quality, and Production Costs in line with the Planisware Work packages and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the best Production System and line Concepts while ensuring compliance with the client's Global Auto industrial strategy and standards. Key Responsibilities:

Participate in Product Design activities to ensure product design complies with Industrial Targets and maximizes Production Profitability

Conduct footprint analysis and Make or Buy studies, submitting proposals for final decisions

Define Production System including Plant lay-out, Material & Information Flow Diagram, and Logistics areas footprint calculations

Lead Process FMEA activities, defining Key Product Characteristics and coordinating PFMEA methodology

Prepare and lead Project CER/Capex industrial Presentation, optimizing Project Investment and ensuring timely submission/validation

Build, update, and monitor Project Industrial timing plan to meet internal and external Customer milestones

Define and track main Industrial Performance indicators, ensuring improvement through technical solutions
