As a Project Leader at Bain Capability Network in Gurgaon, you will be an integral part of the Performance Improvement Centre of Expertise (PI CoE), where you will work with a team to provide cost reduction and optimization solutions for Bain's clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of 3-4 Analysts and Associates on problem-solving, analytics, research, and content creation for client materials
Developing intellectual property, go-to-market materials, pitch documents, and publications for Bain partners
Setting up/expanding the 'Manufacturing Excellence' team in PI CoE by leveraging manufacturing domain knowledge
Owning end-to-end case delivery for Manufacturing Excellence and Supply Chain projects
Translating complex client data into meaningful solutions using ETL/analytics
Reviewing and guiding the team on ongoing cases, monitoring workloads, and ensuring high-quality output
Communicating insights and implications to clients and internal teams effectively
Demonstrating agility in conducting research and analysis across diverse industries and geographies
Providing feedback for team development and contributing towards continuous improvement
Qualifications required for this role include:
Graduate/post-graduate with strong academic records and relevant experience in manufacturing excellence or operations
Strong domain knowledge in key manufacturing topics and operational improvements
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology preferred
Ability to work with operational systems and data sources for plant data analysis
5-8 years of relevant experience for candidates with undergraduate studies, 3-6 years for postgraduate studies
Excellent analytical, communication, team management, and project management skills
Knowledge of visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI (Python is a plus)
