We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Understand client hiring requirements and support talent acquisition activities
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (2026 Pass-outs Only)
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Preferred qualifications: BBA, MBA (HR), MSW, MA (HR)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in HR field
