HR Recruiter Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Understand client hiring requirements and support talent acquisition activities
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
• Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (2026 Pass-outs Only)
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Preferred qualifications: BBA, MBA (HR), MSW, MA (HR)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Interest in recruitment and HR operations
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in HR field
