We are looking for a People Enablement Partner to join our growing team at Legora! In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes across supporting our corporate functions across Finance, IT, Legal, Operations and People. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by ensuring we hire the right people at the right time. You will also be the go-to-person for people in one of our corporate functions. A partner that enables the organization beyond hiring and into the entire people journey. In this you'll be supported and enabled by your peers and the programs built at Legora. ## What You Will Be Doing
Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes, where search is a key driver. - Build teams that lean in by partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand what the organization needs. - Develop and strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team, making sure the world knows why Legora is a great place to work. - Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our values and culture at every touchpoint. - Continuously improve our recruitment processes by bringing new ideas, tools, and ways of working that help us scale smarter and faster
Partner on people related questions and processes with leaders across the organization. ## Who You Are
You have experience hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - You know how to prioritize, doing stuff right is great but doing the right things is just as important
You are a true team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed. - You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you’re comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. - You take immense pride in building organizations and know how critical each hire is to the bigger picture
You’re highly organized and thrive when owning and driving multiple recruitment processes independently. - You are comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making with data, insights, and deep market understanding.
