Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to optimize front-end processes, work on claims within expected timeframes, and design team structures to prevent backlogs. - Operational Excellence: Implement the "Discover-Design-Implement-Execute" model, monitor KPIs, and take ownership of AR resolution. - Talent Leadership & Culture: Lead hiring and capacity ramp-up, ensure cultural alignment, and maintain high employee satisfaction. - Global Collaboration: Work with cross-geographical teams to develop best practices and ensure seamless coordination across the AR model. - Innovation & Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance quality and productivity. - Change Management: Drive initiatives to improve workflows, decision trees, and technical updates to stay ahead of industry standards. - Quality Assurance & Training: Partner with Quality and Training teams to equip staff with vertical-specific knowledge and ensure standards are met through audits. - Client Success: Participate in client escalation discussions to improve retention and implement recovery plans. Qualifications Required:
Experience: 20+ years in core Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), focusing on India-based AR operations. - Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale teams and building departments from the ground up. - Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or Human Science. - Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel and presentation skills, project management, and global communication. - Innovation Mindset: Success in "Change Management" through automation and continuous improvement. - Preferred: MBA, Certified Medical Coder (CPC) status, and awareness of AI implementation in RCM are valuable.
