As an Analyst, you will play a key role in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy for leading pharmaceutical brands About the Role As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects by transforming data into meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities Assist in analysing client requirements and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and deliverables Collaborate with consultants and project leads to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations within established frameworks Contribute to solving real-world business challenges in the life sciences sector Assist in developing clear, visually engaging presentations tailored to client needs Help structure insights into compelling narratives for internal and client audiences Build your knowledge of market research techniques, and healthcare industry dynamics Actively participate in formal training and on-the-job learning opportunities Work under the guidance of experienced consultants and leaders to accelerate your development About You You're a motivated early-career professional with a passion for analytics, problem-solving, and healthcare. Required skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field 1–3 years' experience in market research, analytics, consulting, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills You may also have: Basic understanding of consulting frameworks, business processes, and market dynamics Interest in pharmaceutical, medtech, or healthcare industries Why Join IQVIA?
