As a Data Analyst at IntegriChain, your role will involve supporting the Channel and Patient Practice in performing data analysis activities to drive revenue opportunities and enhance data quality. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Practice Analytics SME in developing Channel and Patient Benchmark reports
Conducting Patient data analysis to identify new revenue opportunities for both existing and potential clients
Performing Patient Matching analysis on clients' datasets to enhance data quality and provide feedback to Patient Data Stewards
Assisting the VP, Data Solutions in Business Unit analysis and metrics development
Conducting ad hoc data investigations and providing data support activities as requested by the Practice
Analyzing data to identify and address data quality issues
Providing cross-functional support to Customer Operations and Data Operations
Managing issue submission/queue within JIRA
Collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep them updated on data investigations
Performing these activities with partial overlap to US business hours: 12:00pm-9:00pm IST
Qualifications and Competencies required for this role include:
Bachelors Degree
Knowledge or previous experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Spotfire and Tableau (strongly preferred)
Proficiency in research using open source and industry databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through consistently
Capability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, with healthcare data experience being highly desirable
