Augmented Era - Affiliate Marketing Manager (Funnels & AI Systems)

We’re looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager who doesn’t just manage campaigns — but builds the systems behind high-performing affiliate growth. This is not a traditional affiliate or recruitment-heavy role. This is a marketing infrastructure role focused on funnels, conversion systems, and AI-powered workflows that enable affiliates to scale successfully. If you naturally think in funnels, automation, and conversion rates, and enjoy improving systems rather than maintaining them — this role is for you. ## 💼 What You’ll Do

• Build, launch, and optimize affiliate landing pages and sales funnels (hands-on execution)
• Improve lead capture flows and conversion journeys across campaigns
• Create high-quality affiliate assets: campaign decks, swipe files, scripts, and toolkits
• Standardize and structure campaign launches for scalability
• Implement AI tools to improve marketing workflows, personalization, and content production
• Identify friction points in affiliate onboarding and continuously optimize the experience
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, PR, and Social teams
• Lead structured Zoom walkthroughs explaining funnel logic and campaign strategy
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion systems
