As the General Marketing Manager for a client in the Retail Education Sector, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
Experience in managing Performance Campaigns such as CPC, CPL, and more through various platforms including Google, Facebook, and Affiliates. - Demonstrated capability in generating high-quality leads to support business growth. - Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in overseeing digital performance campaigns. - Proficiency in formulating and executing digital campaigns on a national scale. - Highly skilled in digital content creation and optimization. - Experience in SEO, SMO, and other digital marketing strategies. - Expertise in Reputation Management across social media platforms such as Facebook, Glassdoor, and Mouthshut. - Design and execution of a comprehensive PAN India ATL strategy encompassing outdoor, print, hoardings, radio, and TV. - Strong understanding of aesthetics and creativity in developing print advertisements. - Exposure in creating and launching Radio and TV advertisements. - Development and maintenance of promotional materials including sales aids, brochures, posters, standees, signage, etc. - Execution of BTL Campaigns and ensuring branding material quality adherence. - Supervision of Creative, Digital, and PR Agencies. - Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective strategies in response. - Coordination of blog writers, social calendars, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs. - Analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to drive strategic decisions. - Identification of new market segments and growth opportunities. - Tracking KPIs, optimizing campaign performance, and providing marketing ROI reports to the leadership team.
