Job Title Senior Service Marketing Manager - MR Services Job Description As a Service Marketing Manager within MR Services, you are responsible for driving the go‑to‑market strategy, adoption, and commercial success of our global service portfolios. This is a strategic marketing and go‑to‑market leadership role at the intersection of Service, Product Management, and regional teams. You translate service offerings into compelling value propositions, pricing strategies, and market programs, ensuring strong adoption and penetration across regions. You will play a key role in shaping how our service portfolio is positioned in the market, while representing Service towards internal stakeholders and external audiences. Your role Drive go‑to‑market strategy and execution for MR service portfolios, ensuring strong adoption, market penetration, and commercial performance Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business priorities and regional needs across the service portfolio Translate customer and market insights into clear value propositions, messaging, and positioning Shape and support pricing and commercialization strategies in close collaboration with Product Management and regional teams Partner with regions to ensure effective execution of campaigns, promotions, and portfolio activation Lead demand generation initiatives and continuously monitor and optimize performance Drive omnichannel marketing and audience-based activation, enabling effective global and local campaign execution Foster strong engagement through customer interactions, events, advisory boards, and industry forums Act as a representative and "face of Service" toward internal and external stakeholders Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure consistent lifecycle communication and portfolio positioning Lead and develop a team of marketers, setting direction, priorities, and performance expectations You're the right fit if You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field You bring ~7+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or go‑to‑market roles, preferably in a B2B or healthcare environment You have experience in a service, solutions, or lifecycle business (preferred), or strong experience in product marketing / portfolio marketing You have a proven track record in go‑to‑market strategy, portfolio adoption, and commercialization You bring strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally across business lines and regions You demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, and are comfortable representing the business externally You have people leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop a team How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
