Oversee architectural deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives. - Facilitate integration of MEP, structural, and design teams for compliance with specifications. - Coordinate with internal teams to review timelines and allocate resources effectively. - **Design Review & Approval**
Lead the review and approval process of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Provide feedback for design improvements and ensure corrections are incorporated. - Ensure designs adhere to building codes and project-specific requirements. - **Marketing & Sales Support**
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop high-quality sales brochures and materials. - Define key architectural features aligning with sales objectives. - Contribute to creating marketing collateral showcasing project design elements. - **Site Coordination & Execution**
