Support the execution of email outreach and follow-up campaigns for leads generated through events, databases, and other channels
Research prospective clients, including company background, industry, decision-makers, hiring trends, and potential business needs
Build and maintain clean, organized lead lists and contact databases
Assist with cold calling and first-level outreach to introduce TalentXMs services and identify potential opportunities
Personalize messages and outreach based on prospect insights
Track outreach activity, responses, and campaign performance in spreadsheets or CRM tools
Work closely with the team to identify high-potential leads and prioritize follow-ups
Help improve messaging, outreach templates, and lead nurturing processes based on results
Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and market engagement
Qualifications Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in speaking with new people over phone, email, or LinkedIn
Good research and analytical skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
