Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Risk Architecture Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary As an Ethics and Compliance Senior Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our internal compliance function by overseeing the firm's obligations register within the Governance Risk & Compliance system. You'll help ensure integrity and resilience in our operations, working across risk management, policy, and compliance to provide practical guidance that helps people navigate internal processes effectively. What you'll do: Oversee and coordinate the platform governance and administration of the ServiceNow GRC system. Maintain and review controls data with a focus on quality, consistency, and gap identification. Conduct quality control checks on compliance data and collaborate with owners, SMEs, and the Enterprise Risk team. Manage user access reviews, system updates, testing upgrades, and enhancements. Perform bi-annual reviews of obligations using tools like PwC's Pathfinder. Document standard operating procedures and liaise with the Policy team for control-policy mapping. Prepare analytics and reports from the GRC system for compliance data. Encourage adoption and effective use of the GRC system by providing operational support to end users. Lead the GRC Operations Team, manage ongoing monitoring, and report on compliance control gaps. Provide input on future GRC system functionality and develop solutions for new compliance use cases. Support other compliance projects as required. What we're looking for: Qualified degree or significant relevant experience. Strong background or exposure to risk management, policy, compliance, business operations, or professional services. Experienced people leader with strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. Skilled project manager and experienced in evaluating control design effectiveness, including drafting control wording. Technologically adept with a passion for learning and leveraging data tools. Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused problem solver. Experience with control assurance or ASAE3402 is highly desirable.
