As a Technology Support III at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate & Investment Bank Markets Technology Securitized Products Team, you will provide hands-on support and implement a high-quality Production Management standard. You will partner with colleagues in Pricing Direct Technology Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Sales, and Front Office to drive the future state technology architecture and strategy. You will have significant opportunities to work with Trading & Technology stakeholders and work on a wide variety of technologies. - Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm. - Execute policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability. - Monitor production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools. - Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration. - Lead incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure. - Support critical and complex batch processing applications. Batches run on Autosys and internal developed framework. - Work with development teams on a regular basis to ensure all issues and stability/resiliency enhancements are tracked. - Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions. - Work on global production management objectives and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals. - Implement robust monitoring to proactively identify system issues and perform Start of Day checks. **Qualifications Required:**
