Foster positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and stakeholders for a harmonious work environment. - Negotiate and resolve industrial disputes while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Represent the company in labor negotiations, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. - Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention. - Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs for skill enhancement and career growth. - Oversee office facilities, supplies, equipment, and administrative functions efficiently. - Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information. Qualifications Required:
Relevant experience in HR operations and industrial relations. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to develop HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals. - Proficiency in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
