As an experienced AI Automation CoE Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling a next-generation AI-driven automation function for our automotive component global manufacturing client. This role will involve going beyond traditional RPA and focusing on Generative AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise-scale transformation to deliver measurable business impact across European operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
Establish and lead an AI Automation Center of Excellence with a clear roadmap and governance model
Deliver end-to-end AI automation initiatives using GenAI, NLP, ML, and intelligent workflows
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Europe to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases
Oversee the full lifecyclediscovery, design, development, deployment, and optimization of solutions
Champion the use of LLMs, copilots, and AI-assisted decision systems across business functions
Ensure compliance, security, and ethical AI practices in governance & risk management
Manage partners, platforms, and delivery through structured models (SOWs, SLAs)
Track ROI, KPIs, and continuously improve deployed solutions to measure impact
**Qualifications Required:**
8+ years of experience in IT, Automation, or Digital Transformation
3+ years in leadership roles managing global or distributed teams
Proven experience in delivering AI-led automation at scale
Strong exposure to Generative AI / LLMs, NLP / Machine Learning use cases, and Intelligent automation platforms (RPA + AI)
Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms like SAP or similar
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
**Nice-to-Have:**
Experience with AI copilots or conversational AI platforms
Exposure to European markets and global delivery models
Knowledge of process mining / process intelligence tools
Lean / Six Sigma or process excellence background
