You will be a part of the growing Customer Data Platform (CDP) Practice team at ADA, helping clients unlock the value of customer data through CDP implementation, use case design, and execution for business growth. **Key Responsibilities:**
**CDP Proposal & Presentation:** Gather client requirements, design proposals, and propose architectures and use cases for CDP tailored to client needs. - **Cost Estimation:** Estimate the implementation cost as per the proposal requirements. - **Client Engagement:** Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide technical insights aligned with business objectives. - **Solution Presentation:** Develop and present compelling data solutions, including Proof of Concepts (POCs), to showcase the value to potential clients. - **Technical Support:** Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and preparing proposals. - **Technical Demo of Solutions:** Conduct technical demos to meet client requirements. - **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - **Market and Client Awareness:** Stay updated on the latest technologies in data analytics, AI, and machine learning to provide informed recommendations and strategies for potential clients. **Qualifications:**
Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-level marketing/data projects, especially in designing and deploying customer data solutions. - Strong expertise in CRM systems, data warehousing, and marketing automation tools, with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business & marketing. - Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and governance, with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights. - Experience in deriving insights and developing actionable marketing strategies based on customer data. - Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative environments, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams. - Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting complex technical concepts to business leaders and translating business requirements to technical teams. - Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining trusted client relationships. - Experience in developing and delivering high-impact business presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers. **Preferred Qualifications:**
