More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Rewards Intern in the HR team in Eindhoven with Signify. Contribute to project-based (local/global) activities to support employee rewards program introductions and/or delivery. Support data based decisions on Rewards related topics. Create excitement and understanding for employees, managers and HR population of the Rewards offerings Learn about the exciting world of Rewards and International Mobility. While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: Studying towards a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the areas of Human Resources or International Studies or have proven interest in these areas through previous experiences Strong communication skills in English/ Dutch language skills It's a plus.
