Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards and data models that track key metrics like pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates. - Analyze GTM data to help Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success make data-driven decisions. - Use Power BI and Snowflake to combine data from different systems and create insights across the full customer lifecycle. - Support forecasting and revenue performance analysis, including pipeline tracking and deal stage analysis. - Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and consistency in Salesforce and Snowflake. - Work closely with RevOps and other commercial leadership to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements. - Partner with internal teams on ad-hoc analysis, data requests, and operational projects. - Contribute to documentation and process improvements within the Revenue Operations function. ## What You Bring
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a similar data-focused role. - Strong skills in SQL and comfort working with large datasets (Snowflake or similar experience preferred). - Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce. - Working knowledge of Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly). - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights. - Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Interest in SaaS, GTM operations, and learning how Revenue Operations drives company growth.
