Analytics
Analyze GTM and sales data to identify trends, buying signals, pipeline opportunities, and areas for optimization across the sales funnel
Partner closely with sales leadership and account executives to provide actionable insights that improve outbound targeting, prospecting efficiency, and conversion rates
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics
Data Quality
Audit, clean, and maintain CRM data (Salesforce) on an ongoing basis e.g. deduplication, data normalization, field hygiene, and building processes to keep it clean going forward
Tech Stack Administration
Manage and support key GTM tools and vendor relationships, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales enablement platforms
Identify gaps in processes, systems, or data integrity and proactively implement scalable solutions
Salesforce Administration**:** Manage and evolve fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and user permissions
Process Improvement
Support territory planning, lead routing, enrichment strategies, and sales process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across the revenue organization
