Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of engineers working on Cisco network software. - Client Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis. - Communication: Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - IT Network Infrastructure Management: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT network infrastructure with expertise in Cisco routing and switching. Install, maintain, and configure Cisco devices such as ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches, and Cisco AnyConnect. Proficiency in Proxy setup and Checkpoint firewall management. - IT Security Compliance and Audit:
Manage internal, external, and client audits to ensure network security and compliance. This includes maintaining security patches, updating IOS, reviewing audit logs, implementing access controls, updating network security guidelines, participating in IT security audits, and addressing risks and findings. - Network Performance Reports: Evaluate network performance to meet business requirements, recommend network planning and upgrades, and plan for hardware and software upgrades in the network. - ITIL Practices: Track and report on Capacity management, Change management, Vendor management, and Incident management. Additionally, perform disaster recovery operations. Qualifications Required:
Availability: Ability to provide 24x7 support and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. - Documentation: Proficiency in creating accurate network diagrams and documentation for designing and planning network communication systems. - Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in network administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field with 8 to 15 years of experience. - Certification: Hold Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications.
