As a Sales & Marketing Manager for a pharma intermediate chemicals company, your role is crucial in leading and expanding business operations in both domestic and international markets. Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5 years of Sales/Marketing experience in the chemical industry, with a preference for pharma intermediates, excipients, APIs, or specialty chemicals
Background in science or chemistry (B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering)
Demonstrated ability in managing customer relationships
Strong grasp of pharma manufacturing processes and regulatory standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities

Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for pharma intermediates and excipients
Develop and implement marketing plans for product launches, promotions, and brand positioning
Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to provide technical support to clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics in the pharma chemicals sector
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer visits
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline reviews for senior management
